Taiga honey has specific, atrongly-ptonounced taste and powerful curative properties. It is considered to be one of high quality sorts of honey. It has dark coffee brown color and wonderful rich flavor of taiga great spaces. It crystallizes into large crystals, preserving at that pleasant "creamed" properties and softness. The honey is sipped by bees at wild honey plants in taiga-forest zone. In spring they are: angelica, lungwort, adder's fern, coltsfoot, sow-thistle, yellow acacia, in summer - bush basil, blooming sally, sow-thistle, motherwort, wild strawberry and others.
