– Fusilli
Shape: Represents 3 blades of dough connected and twisted in a spiral. About 6 to 15 mm wide, 40 to 70 mm long, and about 10 mm in diameter.

– “feathers”
Shape: Short paste with diagonal slanting and ribbed surface. Diameter about 8-10 mm, length 35-40 mm and thickness from 1.2 to 1.3 mm.

– Kawatappi
Shape: Short ribbed swirling paste of medium thickness. In appearance it resembles a corkscrew or a spring. Length about 35 mm and thickness from 0.9 to 1.1 mm.

– Tortiglioni
Shape: Short paste with a ribbed surface and a straight cut, similar to small tubes. They are approximately 11 mm in diameter, 48-50 mm long, and 1-1.2 mm thick.
