Price from: $ 1

Acetone technical GOST 2768-84 is made by oxidation of isopropyl alcohol. Acetone (dimethyl ketone, systematic name: propanone-2) is the simplest representative of ketones. Formula: CH3-C (O) -CH3. Colorless volatile liquid with a characteristic odor. Fully miscible with water and most organic solvents. Differs in high volatility. Acetone is used as a solvent in various industries. Acetone dissolves well many organic substances (cellulose acetate and nitrocellulose, fats, wax, rubber, etc.), as well as a number of salts (calcium chloride, potassium iodide). It is used for the synthesis of acetic anhydride, acetonecyanohydrin, diphenylolpropane and other organic products. Acetone field of application: synthesis of acetic anhydride, acetonecyanohydrin, diphenylpropane and other organic products. It is used to dissolve natural resins, oils, cellulose diacetate, polystyrene, epoxy resins, vinyl chloride copolymers, poshacrylates, chlorinated rubber. It is a part of mixed solvents: R-4 (R-4A), R-5 (R-5A), R-646, R-647, R-648, etc. Used for surface degreasing. In its pure form, it can be used to dilute EP-0199 and EP-0263 primers, Evinal-21, Evinal-28, XC-436, Vinep, XC-510, EP-437, EP-438 enamels. Acetone can also be used to dilute fast-drying paints and varnishes (varnishes, paints, enamels, primers, putties), as well as to dissolve natural resins, cellulose diacetate, polystyrene, epoxy resins, vinyl chloride copolymers, polyacrylates, chlorinated rubber, etc. Produced in accordance with GOST 2768-84.
