Aged Caciotta "Vasnetsov"

Aged "Caciotta Vasnetsov" is an amazing sandwich cheese, as well as a bright representative of cheese plates. Caciotta is a very popular cheese in its homeland in Italy; various additives are used in its preparation (tomato, herbs, caraway seeds, mushrooms, olives …). Indeed, the caciotta is produced in small barrel-shaped heads, weighing 0.5-0.8 kg. The maturation period of caciotta with fillers is approximately 2 weeks to 45 days.
