To improve the resistance of the coating to abrasion, quartz sand with a grain size of no more than 0.3 mm is added to the paint in an amount of 5-10% by weight of the paint, mixed thoroughly and applied to the prepared surface. If necessary, the paint is diluted to the desired consistency with an organic solvent. It is best to use xylene for these purposes. The paint is packaged in drums of 30 or 33 kg.
