Rod magnetic separator ERGA SM-1

The rod separator ERGA SM-1 is built into a gravity pipe of round or rectangular cross-section and ensures high-quality extraction of metal impurities from the flow of a bulk product. For ease of installation, the CM-1 design uses connecting flanges for welding or fasteners. For a gravity pipe with a circular cross-section, an additional set of transition flanges with the required diameter is available to order. The design of the magnetic system includes one or more rows of rods fixed on a retractable console. The sealed body of rods made of corrosion-resistant food grade stainless steel reliably protects the magnetic system from external influences. The number and arrangement of rods, the parameters of the magnetic system are selected individually, taking into account the characteristics of the Customer's production, which guarantees the highest quality cleaning of the product. • Quality assurance of the final product.
