The PNB cylinder filling station (hereinafter – the post) is intended for filling cylinders in accordance with GOST 15860-84 with liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) in accordance with GOST 20448-90. The filling stations are made on the basis of scales 1 (Fig. 4.2). On the platform 3 of the scales, a base 2 is mounted with a stop 6, on which a filling cylinder is installed 4. The shut-off valve 9 is attached to the manifold valve 2 , which, together with a pneumatic valve 10 with a magnetic control SMPO – 1-HB from Festo, mounted on the apron of the scales, and a bracket 11 with a magnet 15 on the rocker, form a system for automatic cutoff of the LPG supply to the cylinder.
