The product is a synchronous reversible electric machine with high coercive permanent magnet excitation. Rotor supports – hydrodynamic bearings. Cooling and lubrication of the bearing assemblies is carried out by the oil supply from the oil system. The product is cooled by air. The product is designed to operate both in the mode of converting mechanical energy into electrical energy (generator mode) and in the mode for converting electrical energy into mechanical energy of rotation (motor mode).
