The permissible composition of condensed milk produced in accordance with GOST 31688-2012: • cow's milk, with the exception of dry milk, the use of which is prohibited; • granulated sugar; • finely crystalline milk sugar for the manufacture of canned milk; • drinking water; • food additives: antioxidants – E300, E301, E303, dehydroquercetin; stabilizers – E339, E331, E340, E332. Characteristics of whole condensed milk with sugar in accordance with GOST 31688-2012: • sweet pure taste with a pronounced taste and smell of pasteurized milk; • uniform viscous consistency in the absence of noticeable crystals of milk sugar (lactose), while a slight sediment of lactose is allowed on the bottom of the container during storage; • white with a cream shade; • mass fraction of moisture no more than 26.5%; • mass fraction of sugar 43.5-45.5%; • mass fraction of milk solids not less than 28 , 5%; • mass fraction of fat not less than 8.5%.
